Footgear is offering a dynamic opportunity to N6 Graduates to gain practical workplace experience within our Merchandise team as a Planning & Merchandise Intern for a period of 18 months. This internship provides exposure to retail planning, stock management, trend analysis, and merchandising strategy, equipping you with the skills needed to build a career in retail buying and planning. Key Responsibilities The intern will receive structured training and assist with: Planning Support Assisting with sales and stock analysis reports Supporting demand forecasting and planning activities Monitoring store performance and stock movement Assisting with allocation and replenishment processes Merchandising Support Assisting with product assortment planning Supporting product lifecycle tracking Monitoring product performance and sell-through rates Data & Admin Capturing and maintaining accurate merchandising data Supporting weekly and monthly reporting Assisting with price updates, promotions, and stock adjustments Maintaining strong data integrity across systems
