- Support the development of sales, stock, and margin plans.
- Monitor trading performance and identify risks and opportunities.
- Assist with demand forecasting, inventory management, and Open-to-Buy OTB tracking.
- Analyse sales, stock, and product performance data.
- Work closely with Buyers to ensure balanced product assortments.
- Help optimise stock allocation and replenishment across stores.
- Prepare weekly and monthly trading reports
Qualifications
- A passion for retail and a desire to develop into a Merchandise Planner.
- 1-3 years' experience in a merchandise planning, allocation, or retail analysis role.
Skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
