Picking and Packing Delivery Driver

Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for an energetic, reliable and customer-focused Picking & Packing Delivery Driver to join their team in Sea Point, Cape Town! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, staying active and interacting with customers. This role is about more than just getting behind the wheel! You'll play an important part in the day-to-day operations of the business, from picking and packing orders to preparing deliveries, managing stock and ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely and on time throughout Cape Town and surrounding areas.

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Check products and ensure orders are correct before dispatch.

• Assist with loading, unloading, stock handling and repacking.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and build positive customer relationships.

• Complete delivery documentation, route sheets and handle cash responsibly.

• Assist customers with queries and manage returns professionally.

• Support general shop duties and keep stock organised between deliveries.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's licence suitable for the delivery vehicle.

• Good English communication skills.

• Previous driving, delivery or customer service experience will be advantageous.

• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused personality.

• Honest, dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Good attention to detail and basic numeracy skills.

• Physically fit and comfortable with picking, packing, lifting and handling stock.

• Able to work independently, show initiative and contribute positively to a team.

• Must be available to start immediately.
