• Grade 12 (Matric) essential. • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or picking/packing environment. • Experience using handheld scanning devices (RF scanners) is essential. • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail when picking and packing orders. • Physically fit and able to stand, walk and lift throughout the working day. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. • Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high productivity standards. • Understanding of warehouse health and safety practices. Key Responsibilities
• Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanning devices. • Pack orders according to company quality standards. • Verify product quantities, sizes and descriptions before dispatch. • Assist with stock control, replenishment and cycle counts when required. • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. • Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets. • Report damaged stock, shortages or discrepancies immediately. • Follow all warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
