A leading software solutions provider is looking for an Intermediate PHP Developer to join a growing development team working on enterprise-scale, cloud-based platforms used within the financial and legal services environment. This role is ideal for a Developer who enjoys building robust, scalable systems, working with modern PHP frameworks, and collaborating within a highly capable technical team. The business focuses strongly on long-term growth, employee retention, and continuous skills development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for a PHP-based enterprise platform.

• Build and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with third-party systems.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code aligned to best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure quality and stability.

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Contribute to front-end components using Vue 3 where required.

• Document technical solutions and support internal knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills

• Essential:

• PHP 8.x and Laravel

• JavaScript and Vue.js

• MySQL

• REST or GraphQL APIs

• Git, Composer, and npm

• PHPUnit (unit & feature testing)

• Basic Linux & Docker knowledge

• Advantageous:

• TypeScript

• Vue 3 Composition API

• Redis / Memcached

• CI/CD (GitLab)

• WebSockets / real-time features

• MySQL 8.x

Experience Required

• 2–4 years' PHP development experience.

• Hands-on Laravel experience in a production environment.

• Experience building or consuming APIs (REST / GraphQL).

• Exposure to Vue.js or similar front-end frameworks.

• Comfortable writing automated tests.

• Solid understanding of Git workflows (branching, merge requests, and code reviews).
