The purpose of the role is to is to build a distinctive and globally relevant luxury brand through exceptional storytelling, design and content while protecting the consistency and integrity of the brand across every customer touchpoint. The creative department operate as an in-house luxury brand and content engine : protecting the brand, creating distinctive work , and producing enough high-quality content to support digital, CRM, retail, PR and international growth. Regardless of role, every team member will be accountable for five principles: Luxury Standard Distinctiveness Story Before Content Commercial Awareness Craftsmanship Detail: Purpose of the role: Create luxury-standard still imagery Jewellery, campaign, lifestyle, craftsmanship, founder imagery Create exceptional still imagery that communicates the craftsmanship, beauty and desirability of the jewellery. Owns: Jewellery photography Campaign photography Detail and macro imagery Craftsmanship photography Lifestyle imagery Retouching Image library standards Duties: Photograph diamonds and jewellery to luxury standards. Understand the technical requirements of photographing reflective materials, diamonds and precious metals. Create consistent product imagery for digital commerce. Capture editorial and storytelling imagery. Retouch while maintaining realism and integrity. Build and manage an organised image library. Work with the Creative Director to continuously evolve the visual language. Requirements: A formal degree in photography, fine arts, or graphic design At least 3+ years commercial, e-commerce, portrait, or fashion photography. A professional portfolio of before-and-after images, and knowledge of colour grading, skin retouching, and file management. Strong skills in camera operation, studio lighting, and post-processing software Mastery of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, shutter speeds, and apertures. Expertise with studio strobes, softboxes, reflectors, and natural light setups. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One. Competence in frequency separation, dodging and burning, colour correction, and clipping paths.
