Plan and prioritise daily, weekly and monthly production activities. Manage and use production resources effectively. Conduct inspections of production rooms, equipment and processes. Verify schedules, room and equipment readiness. Review and approve line start-ups, closures and clearances. Review and approve batch reconciliations and production documentation. Ensure production processes meet required standards and specifications. Manage and approve change controls, deviations and concessions. Investigate customer complaints and support resolutions. Identify process and procedure improvements. Conduct GMP, environmental and compliance checks. Review batch records, IPCs, logbooks and other production documentation. Investigate deviations, assess risks and implement corrective actions. Report maintenance and production issues. Train Pharmacists and Pharmacist Assistants on SOPs. Identify training and refresher-training needs. Complete and maintain accurate records, reports and systems. Act as the Pharmacist/Team Leader on shift when required. Qualification: BPharm Degree. Experience: 1–3 years' relevant work experience. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
