Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience managing a sales team with direct reports, including setting targets, performance management, and coaching Minimum 3-5 years' Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience Knowledge of current market trends, competitors, and external factors that could affect the business Ability to lead, coach and motivate a sales team to achieve its targets Ability to manage performance fairly and consistently, including difficult conversations Valid Drivers License
Qualifications: Certificates/Certification: RE 5, Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance, FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4, Matric, RE 1 Key Individuals Seniority Level: Management.
