Join our team as a Personal Lines Sales Manager
The Personal Lines Sales Manager is responsible for growing and managing broker relationships, driving new business growth, and expanding the company's market presence nationally. The role leads and develops a team of Personal Lines Consultants, supports brokers in growing profitable portfolios, ensures excellent service delivery, and acts as the key link between brokers and internal departments. Success is measured through sales performance, broker satisfaction, team development, and profitable business growth. Regular national travel is required. Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to: Executive Head: Sales Location: Bedfordview, Gauteng Type: Permanent Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales Targets
- People Management - 4 direct reports
- Interpersonal Relations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a sales team with direct reports, including setting targets, performance management, and coaching
- Minimum 3-5 years' Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
- Knowledge of current market trends, competitors, and external factors that could affect the business
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate a sales team to achieve its targets
- Ability to manage performance fairly and consistently, including difficult conversations
- Valid Drivers License
Qualifications
Certificates/Certification: RE 5, Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance, FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4, Matric, RE 1 Key Individuals Seniority Level: Management.
