We are looking for a highly capable, organised and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Portfolio Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, managing competing priorities and making sure the details are taken care of. You should be comfortable working independently, using your initiative and dealing confidently with a range of people and responsibilities. Detail: Your KPAs Provide PA and administrative support to the Portfolio Manager Manage diaries, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting documentation Take minutes and follow up on outstanding actions Maintain schedules, records and filing systems Assist with research, projects and ad hoc assignments Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Handle confidential information professionally What You Bring Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Office Administration, Executive Assistance, Management or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a PA, EA, Office Manager or similar position Advanced Excel capability, including formulas, pivot tables, reporting and data analysis Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional and polished manner Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle Reside in or have convenient access to the Umdloti area Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT If you are an experienced PA who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems and keeping things moving , we'd like to hear from you.
