We are seeking a caring, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant to the Director of our client to provide practical, hands-on support with his personal and family-related day-to-day needs.
This is a personal support role rather than a business or corporate administrative position. The successful candidate will assist the Director with everyday responsibilities, personal arrangements, appointments, errands, and family-related commitments, helping to make his daily routine more manageable and organised.
An important aspect of the role will be coordinating care and therapy arrangements for the Director’s autistic son. This includes liaising with therapists, caregivers, and specialists, organising appointments, following up on arrangements, and helping ensure that the family’s daily routines run smoothly.
We are looking for someone dependable who can anticipate needs, take initiative, solve practical problems, and work independently without constant supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, flexibility, discretion, and a genuine willingness to help are essential.

3. Personal Organisation and Communication
- Keep track of the Director’s personal appointments, reminders, and outstanding tasks.

- A practical, hands-on approach to managing everyday responsibilities.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and manage changing priorities.
- Comfortable using email, online calendars, and basic digital tools.
- Comfortable working in a family environment and assisting with arrangements involving a child with autism.
