Detail: Personal Assistant Nelspruit (Mbombela) | Salary negotiable, depending on experience An established property company is seeking a professional, reliable and forward-thinking Personal Assistant. The successful candidate must be willing to work in the office and travel to properties as required. This position suits a highly organised person who can work independently, use initiative and communicate confidently with a wide range of people. Minimum Requirements Previous experience in property management and/or real estate Valid Code 8 driver's licence Willing and able to work in the office and travel to properties when required Computer literate and comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and general administrative systems Stable and traceable employment history Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, well-spoken and able to work effectively with people Able to work independently, manage priorities and use initiative Reliable, resilient, proactive and solutions-orientated Strong organisational and time-management skills Key Responsibilities Providing administrative and personal assistance Managing correspondence, appointments and daily schedules Communicating professionally with tenants, service providers and other stakeholders Maintaining property records and related documentation Coordinating meetings, property inspections, and follow-up tasks Assisting with general property-management and real-estate administration Visiting properties and completing off-site tasks when required Handling confidential information with discretion Remuneration and Application A negotiable salary will be offered based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
