I am looking for a dynamic individual who is Apple Iphone/Ipad/Mac savy
Must have drivers license and own transport
must be available immediately
Duties & Responsibilities
This person MUST BE APPLE PRODUCT SAVY
- Running errands & driving to various appointments.
- Recon personal bank statements off slips , not a lot.
- Medical aid claims admin & follow up procedure numbers
- Insurance claims admin complete forms
- Vehicle licences renewals
- Printing meeting minutes , not taking minutes .
- Important dates to follow up
- Book accommodation, travel arrangements on-line
- Maintain laptop , phones , passwords, backups , photo sorting , dstv , Netflix etc – all things IT
- Dealing with home routine checking on pool guys, solar servicing , generator service etc
- Courier on-line follow ups
Other related tasks of usual personal PA nature
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Good IT skills ; iphone , ipad , mac laptop
- Healthy & sporty with energy , we can work around sport events.
- Can be part time student but not with many weekday subjects & busy schedule.
- Good people skills & self-confident.
- Able to prioritise & change direction without fuss.
- Prefer worldly & travelled .
- Must have Driver's license and own transport
This is not a normal Monday to friday position and you may need to do tasks after work, but this would not be a everyday thing.
