Detail: As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for assessing system performance, reliability, scalability, and responsiveness across a range of applications and platforms. You will work closely with Development, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Business teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Conduct load, stress, spike, endurance, and volume testing. Analyse system behaviour under varying levels of usage and demand. Identify performance bottlenecks across applications, databases, APIs, and infrastructure. Monitor system resources including CPU, memory, network, and storage utilisation. Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts and frameworks. Work closely with Developers, Architects, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues. Produce detailed performance reports and recommendations. Validate system scalability and capacity against business requirements. Support performance testing activities throughout the SDLC and CI/CD pipeline. Experience & Skills of the Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience in Performance Testing or Quality Assurance. Strong experience with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad, BlazeMeter, or k6. Solid understanding of load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing methodologies. Experience testing web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Knowledge of performance monitoring and observability tools. Experience analysing application, database, and infrastructure performance metrics. Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with SQL and database performance tuning concepts. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Interested?
