Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist customers with queries and requests
- Provide professional customer service via telephone and/or digital channels
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
- Capture and update customer information on internal systems
- Follow company processes and procedures
- Meet required quality and customer service standards
- Escalate complex queries when required
Desired Experience & Qualification
- South African citizen
- Person with a Disability (PWD)
- Matric / Grade 12
- Good communication skills
- Customer-focused and professional
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Must be available for the duration of the learnership
- Degree or Diploma
