JOB SUMMARY: To lead the end-to-end execution of learning and talent management initiatives by driving digital innovation and training methodology evolution. This role provides strategic oversight of the talent lifecycle, manages a total training budget, and leads a team of coordinators to deliver high-impact development solutions and centralised business communications Key Deliverables Leadership & Strategic Planning: Lead and develop L&D People Coordinators to ensure high-quality output and adherence to internal standards. Plan and prioritise team workflows, demonstrating the ability to manage competing demands across the business. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to customise and implement change management toolkits for strategic projects. Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure people development and talent is integrated into broader business initiatives. Prepare and deliver presentations in key forums, such as Business Unit (BU) leadership meetings, to influence learning and talent roadmap. Talent Management & Governance: Oversee the end-to-end talent process in strict accordance with Group timelines and frameworks. Plan and lead strategic talent interventions, such as Talent Councils, to step-change internal talent management. Manage the monthly distribution and integrity of the Talent Audit Tracker. Lead and support key business surveys, including the Qualifications Survey. Digital Content & Training Oversight: Manage the end-to-end creation and authoring of training modules on digital platforms like Gnowbe. Apply and maintain relevant management and administrative procedures for all courses. Secure and log Group training materials, maintaining the inventory for videos, books, games, and visuals. Maintain materials on the group HRD drive and manage the asset register Financial & Stakeholder Management: Craft and showcase the visibility of ROI on key training interventions to demonstrate tangible business impact. Actively monitor and manage the total training spend to ensure alignment with the estimated budget. Evaluate costs and services of all providers to ensure "best value" and source new providers as required. Maintain an accurate, up-to-date, and timeous invoicing process and related financial records. Centralised Communication & Reporting: Serve as the central hub for managing and distributing all key business unit communications. Ensure the accuracy of reports on relevant platforms. Teamwork and Self-Management: Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures Plan and prioritise, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change Demonstrate flexibility in balancing the achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organisational needs
