The People & Business Enablement (PBE) is a strategic business partner function focused on enabling organisational performance through people, culture and capability. Partner with managers and employees to provide people advisory, workforce support and People & Business Enablement services within the business area, applying enterprise people frameworks and data-driven insights to improve workforce effectiveness, employee experience and business performance.
