- We are looking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Processing Administrator II SAP HCM to join the Group Compensation & Benefits Services department. The successful candidate will be based at the Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Payroll Processing Specialist.
Job description
- Documentation and Administrative Tasks
- Ensuring knowledge management documents are continuously updated
- Project assistant, ensuring all project documentation is complete and manage the project plan to date
- Organisational Management
- Generation and management of Performance Appraisal documents
- SharePoint Management of Human Capital
- User Management SAP, Xurrent, Onbase
- Xurrent template management CRM of the Group HR Suite
- Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc or project reporting
- Data Analytics
- Payroll related system activities – audit of SARS codes, legislation across all countries and ensuring system alignment
- Time Management - ensuring the knowledge of system setup is continuous and error resolutions where required
- Training end users on various system/ business tools
Minimum requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- 1 year experience in payroll/ HR environment
- 1 year experience in SAP HCM
- A relevant Diploma/ degree
- Intermediate Excel is required
