Detail: Roles and Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end payroll function across multiple payrolls. Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing. Supervise, mentor, and provide support to two Payroll Administrators. Assist with the migration from VIP Payroll to Sage 300. Support payroll system integration and identify opportunities to automate manual processes. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Process payroll adjustments, deductions, leave, overtime, and statutory contributions. Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management reports. Resolve payroll-related queries efficiently and professionally. Continuously review and improve payroll processes, controls, and system efficiencies. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations across multiple entities.
