Job Title: Payroll Manager
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Basic Salary: Negotiable from R40K to R60K p/m based on qualifications, skills & experience.

In this role, you will lead a friendly payroll team and keep things running smoothly. You will use your PaySpace expertise to make everyday tasks faster and easier. You will enjoy great support from management and plenty of room to grow your leadership skills.
Job Description
- Oversee the monthly pay run for 1,500 employees across different business units.
- Use your PaySpace knowledge to automate system reports and daily workflows.
- Guide, support, and mentor three Payroll Officers in your team.
- Check salary details, wage calculations, and third-party payments for accuracy.
- Handle statutory submissions like SARS EMP201 and EMP501 on time.
- Help solve staff payroll queries with a helpful and supportive attitude.
What You Need to Apply
- PaySpace Advance or Super User Certification (Essential).
- Proven experience managing payroll for over 1,500 staff.
- Good knowledge of South African tax laws and labor rules.
- Experience leading or managing a small team.
