Job Title: Passenger Vehicle Stock Controller / Invoice Clerk - Gauteng, Northern Suburbs Start Date: 2026-07-01 - 2026-09-30 Vacancy Type: Permanent JHB000869 Sectors: *Dealership Location: Gauteng , JHB - Northern Suburbs Salary: Brief: Remuneration: Negotiable R18 000 CTC + incentives Purpose Of The Job: Our client is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Passenger Vehicle Stock Controller / Invoice Clerk to join their dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing vehicle invoices, maintaining vehicle stock records, and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly while supporting the smooth operation of the sales administration department. Detail: Responsibilities: Process new and used vehicle invoices accurately and timeously Capture vehicle stock onto the dealer management system Ensure all vehicle costing and pricing information is correct Maintain accurate vehicle stock records Process vehicle receipts, transfers and stock movements Prepare vehicle files and ensure all required documentation is complete Liaise with the sales department, finance department and management regarding vehicle stock and invoicing Reconcile vehicle stock and investigate any discrepancies Assist with month-end stock takes and reporting Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies Maintain accurate filing and record keeping Perform general administrative duties as required Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Vehicle Stock Controller, Vehicle Invoice Clerk or similar dealership administration role in the motor industry Experience within a passenger vehicle dealership is essential Working knowledge of dealer management systems Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisational and administrative skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Motor industry experience Essential Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
