- Intercon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Executive for an opportunity in Polokwane, Limpopo. The role involves assisting customers with parts enquiries, processing quotations and orders, managing follow-ups, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts enquiries and identify suitable parts.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Follow up on quotations, orders and outstanding enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Liaise with the parts team regarding availability and order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' parts sales experience. Experience in either passenger vehicle parts or commercial truck and bus parts will be considered.
- At least 5 years' parts sales experience.
- Experience in passenger vehicle parts OR truck and bus parts.
- Good parts knowledge and customer service skills.
- Must already reside in Polokwane or surrounding Limpopo areas.
