Start free — we apply for you →- An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join a busy commercial vehicle dealership. The role involves assisting customers with parts enquiries, identifying and sourcing truck parts, preparing quotations, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Matric
- 2–5 years' experience in truck or commercial vehicle parts sales
- Experience with commercial vehicle brands such as FAW, Volvo, MAN, or similar
- Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP/parts management system
- Strong technical knowledge of truck parts, OEM part identification, and VIN decoding
- Experience with quotations, invoicing, ordering, and back-order management
- Basic understanding of commercial truck mechanical systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Willingness to work overtime when required
