Key Responsibilities
- Stock Control: Manage inventory levels, order parts, and run regular cycle counts
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise counter and stores staff
- Sales Growth: Drive parts revenue and hit branch profit targets
- Customer Service: Handle key accounts, fleet owners, and workshop needs quickly
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Parts Manager in a franchised commercial vehicle environment
- Skills: Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts
- Systems: Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and MS Excel
- Qualifications: Matric certificate and a valid driver's license
