Key Skills and Requirements
- Completed Matric certificate or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in part sales, counter sales or a technical background
- Previous agricultural industry experience will be highly advantageous
- Fluent in English or Afrikaans
- Valid drivers' license - essential
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Key Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate would be required but not limited to:
- Identify, source and supply replacement parts using digital catalogues technical manuals, schematic drawings and engine serial numbers
- Engage with customers to accurately determine parts requirements
- Maintaining warehouse stock levels and coordinate the ordering and tracking of specialized components
- Recommending alternative or aftermarket parts where OEM components are unavailable or on backorder
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers and workshop staff
