Detail: Key Responsibilities: Manage all administrative functions within the Parts Department Open and maintain job cards Perform job costing Process supplier invoices and credit notes Generate purchase orders Capture departmental timesheets File and maintain all parts-related documentation Handle customer queries professionally Perform general administrative duties to support the department Minimum Requirements: Matric (Accounting and Pure Mathematics essential) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Extensive experience working on Sage Evolution (highly advantageous) Excellent organisational and administrative skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English Ability to work efficiently in a busy, deadline-driven environment show more...
