Komatsu is seeking a passionate Parts Administrator to join their operations team at Bellville. The preferred candidate should have at least 1 years experience in sales and a warehouse functions. The individual will assist with parts ordering/warehouse functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists with the execution of the parts ordering process.
- Checking receipt of stock and verifying delivery note vs stock delivery.
- Generating required output from the system – picking slips, labels, invoices, delivery notes, goods issued slips.
- Implements the Komatsu Way 5Ss - sorting, organizing, cleaning, ordering, and training.
- Filing all source documentation for financial audit purposes.
- Receiving part from the customer with a physical invoice.
- Capturing stock count results on the system.
- Performing administrative tasks specific to the section, such as help desks, customer liaison, and assisting with specific documentation.
- Prepare parts for return to supplier and follow up on credit notes due
- Prepare parts to be issued out on Work Orders in advance
- Carrying out Bin Audits
- Ensure the corrective administrative meaasures are followed to receive and return incorrect parts delivered to the warehouse
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualification
- Grade 12
- Diploma (Advantage) NQF 6 in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management or related field
Experience
- 1-year experience in a sales and warehouse function.
- 1-year experience within a service department
- Operate a Forklift (advantageous)
Specific Requirements
- MS Excel (Basic)
- SAP Ordering (Basic)
