PARTNER RELATIONS SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Partner Relations Specialist to join our Member Rewards team at Head Office. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing strategic benefit partners while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional Member Rewards programme by coordinating partner campaigns, supporting operational excellence, and identifying new partnership opportunities that create value for both members and business partners. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Develop and maintain strong relationships with benefit partners, acting as their primary point of contact. Source, negotiate, onboard, and enable new benefit partners. Coordinate and execute partner campaigns and loyalty offers. Manage partner performance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams, including Brand and Advertising, ICT, Finance, Legal, and Risk, to ensure successful programme delivery. Oversee operational processes, including partner integrations, reward fulfilment, and issue resolution. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, including POPIA and internal governance standards. Analyse partner performance data and provide insights to improve member engagement and programme effectiveness.
