PARTNER MANAGER

Introduction

The Partner Manager is responsible for developing, managing and growing strategic partnerships. The role focuses on identifying, negotiating with and onboarding new partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to maximize programme value and member engagement. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Partner Manager drives initiatives that increase programme utilization and support business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and secure new partners that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.

• Build, develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.

• Negotiate cost-effective partnerships and renew existing agreements where required.

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure the successful implementation of new partners.

• Develop and execute collaborative marketing campaigns that promote partner offerings and increase programme engagement.

• Monitor partner utilisation and campaign outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Meet regularly with partners to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of partner initiatives.

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities.

• Prepare reports, performance insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and optimise programme performance.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Behavioural Economics, Marketing or a related field.

• Experience in partner management, account management, business development, or a related field. Experience within the health and wellness industry

• Experience managing loyalty and rewards programmes or partner relationships (advantageous).
