- Core Group is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing retail team at our multi-brand technology kiosk located in Menlyn Mall, Pretoria.
About the Role
- As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences while helping customers discover the latest technology products and accessories that best suit their needs.
- You'll be the face of our brand, confidently demonstrating products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right technology solutions.
- Demonstrate products confidently and explain features and benefits clearly.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and daily operational tasks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology products, promotions, and services.
What We're Looking For
- Matric Grade 12.
- Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, technology, telecommunications, or premium retail.
- A passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience using POS systems experience with iOS or similar technology is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Approximately 138 hours per month.
- Retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to the store roster.
Location
- This position is based at our multi-brand technology kiosk in Menlyn Mall, Pretoria.
- Reliable transport or a good understanding of local public transport routes is essential.
