Part-time Front Shop Assistant / Cashier Constantia

Constantia Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic Part-Time Front Shop Assistant / Cashier to join our team.

We are an established independent community pharmacy in Constantia and are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work and is happy to be hands-on in a busy retail environment.

Duties include

Operating the till and assisting customers Providing friendly, efficient customer service Receiving, unpacking and merchandising stock Replenishing shelves and keeping displays neat and well presented Checking pricing and product labels Assisting with general front shop duties Helping to keep the shop floor clean, organised and running smoothly

We are looking for someone who

Is reliable, punctual and responsible Has a friendly, confident manner with customers Is comfortable working in a busy environment Is able to work independently and as part of a team Has good attention to detail Is willing to learn and take initiative Is physically able to spend much of the shift on their feet and assist with unpacking and moving stock Has previous retail and/or cashier experience pharmacy experience would be an advantage Has good spoken and written English Is legally entitled to work in South Africa and can provide the required documentation

Hours

This is a part-time position primarily suited to weekends and public holidays. Applicants must be available to work regular weekend shifts and public holidays as required.
