- Proven experience in automotive parts sales
- Beneficial to have multi-brand experience, including Chinese vehicle parts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to source and recommend parts accurately
- Professional approach with strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of parts systems and stock management
- Valid driver's licence
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with sourcing and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Advise and recommend parts solutions across multiple automotive brands
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering to meet customer demand
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
- Collaborate with service and workshop teams to ensure smooth operations
