This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys working in a corporate environment and has experience supporting company secretarial, governance and regulatory compliance activities. Detail: Key Responsibilities Provide company secretarial support across multiple entities. Prepare board packs, resolutions, meeting agendas and minutes. Maintain statutory records, corporate registers and governance documentation. Coordinate CIPC submissions, annual returns, director amendments and beneficial ownership filings. Monitor compliance with the Companies Act, King IV and other regulatory requirements. Track statutory deadlines and maintain governance calendars. Conduct legal and legislative research and communicate regulatory updates. Assist with governance reporting and internal compliance initiatives. Support internal and external audit processes relating to governance and statutory compliance. Liaise with external legal service providers and regulatory authorities where required. Assist with debt recovery processes, legal correspondence and collection matters. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, Corporate Law, Governance, Compliance or a related qualification. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a corporate legal or governance environment. Experience with company secretarial administration and CIPC submissions is essential. Solid understanding of the Companies Act , King IV , corporate governance principles and regulatory compliance. Experience preparing board documentation, resolutions and statutory records. Excellent written communication and legal drafting skills. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Strong administrative, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
