Job Description
Your duties will encompass
- Plan and schedule workshop jobs, repairs, assembly and testing activities.
- Allocate work to technicians according to skills, capacity and priority.
- Monitor job progress and update planned completion dates.
- Liaise with procurement, stores, sales and suppliers to ensure material availability.
- Prepare and maintain job cards, work packs, production schedules and related records.
- Identify potential delays and escalate issues timeously.
- Assist with stock, components and tooling coordination.
- Ensure workshop documentation complies with company quality and safety procedures.
- Provide regular progress updates to management and relevant departments.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
