Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description

Your duties will encompass

• Collect, consolidate, and verify financial and operational data from multiple project sites nationwide.

• Compile and prepare monthly payment certificates in line with contractual and company requirements.

• Ensure all supporting documentation is accurate and complete before submission,

• Coordinate with on-site teams to obtain approval of payment certificates.

• Generate and issue client invoices based on approved payment certificates

• Review and validate timesheets & Claims Verification

• Create and manage purchase orders in line with project and company requirements.

• Maintain records of personnel accommodation across projects

• Debtors & Cash Flow Management

• Process Improvement & Reporting

• Generate and process quotations for external clients using Pastel accounting software.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Skills

• 5 years’ experience in a project accounting or project finance admin role.

• Experience working with multi-site or project-based environments.

• Accuracy and timeliness of payment certificates and invoicing.

• Reduction in outstanding debtor days.

• Compliance with financial and administrative procedures.

• Efficiency in resolving discrepancies and reconciling accounts.

• Contribution to process improvements and cost controls.

• Knowledge of South African financial practices and systems is preferred.

Package & Remuneration

Salary/Package

R15k – R22k CTC
