In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, and expanding market presence within the decorative and industrial coatings sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, commercial, and industrial markets.
- Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing trade partners, contractors, and stockists.
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on specific client application requirements.
- Conduct regular market research, competitor analyses, and industry benchmarking.
- Meet and exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client account updates.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, specifically within the paints, coatings, or chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of decorative, industrial, or protective coatings.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with strong time-management capabilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
