Start free — we apply for you →- Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Packaging Graphic Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong packaging design and print production experience, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of FMCG labelling requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design packaging artwork for new and existing product lines, from initial concept through to print-ready artwork
- Create 3D mock-ups and renders to visualise packaging during the pre-production stage
- Liaise with printers and suppliers regarding dielines, bleed, colour profiles, substrates, and print specifications
- Ensure packaging designs comply with relevant labelling requirements, including ingredients, nutritional information, allergens, and barcodes
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across product launches, updates, and rebrands
- Support the design of point-of-sale, promotional, and marketing collateral as required
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Packaging Design, or a related field
- 5+ years' graphic design experience, including at least 3 years' packaging design experience FMCG/food industry experience - preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of print production and labelling compliance
- A strong packaging-focused portfolio is essential and will be required for consideration
