Start free — we apply for you →- The P2P Admin Consultant forms part of a team within the Finance and Administration Team who are responsible for providing on-going support to the Procurement system. This role would include Accounts Payable and Coupa system support . This role is responsible for providing an efficient service to all employees and suppliers enquiring through the Helpdesk.
Key Responsibilities
Execution and Optimization
- Deliver effective execution of the Coupa platform to support business operational needs.
- Record and implement approved improvements to optimize Source to Pay S2P functionality.
Help Desk Development
- Develop and promote the Source to Pay Help Desk function both within and outside the organization to meet customer service objectives.
- Cross-function collaboration with Accounts Payable, ITC and Master Data teams for Coupa access.
Troubleshooting and Support
- Offer first-line support across the business as well as suppliers
- Manage escalations and to ensure timely resolution.
Customer Support and Vendor Onboarding
- Support Sales teams with vendor onboarding and assistance to external stakeholders.
- Deliver Just-In-Time JIT order releases.
Training and Knowledge Management
- Train internal business users and external customers on the usage of various tools and applications.
Application Management
Coupa Application Support including handling Service Requests in ServiceNow:
- SLA compliance, call management, and quality assurance for requests and incidents assigned to ServiceNow.
- Attend to inbound and outbound calls for technical or account queries.

Education and Experiece
- Matric Certificate.
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin and Customer Service would be advantages.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience within in an FMCG company.
- Strong expertise in responding to and managing escalated Coupa account and system queries.
- Experience in supplier management and regular query resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience with professional behaviour and credibility.
- Strong administration skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Experience in an inbound and outbound call environment.
