P2 Technical Trainee – Mechanical Engineering | Tiger Brands Bakeries | 12-Month Training Programme Launch your engineering career with one of South Africa's most recognised food manufacturers. If you've completed your S4 studies in Mechanical Engineering and are ready to complete your P2 training, this is your opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience in a leading manufacturing environment. Our client is recruiting 5 Mechanical Engineering P2 Trainees to join its Bakeries Business Unit. Successful candidates will complete an initial 6-month structured P2 in-service training programme , with the opportunity to receive an additional 6-month training contract upon successful completion of the programme. This programme offers practical engineering experience, structured mentorship, and exposure to real manufacturing operations, providing an excellent foundation for your future engineering career. Who We're Looking For

• South African citizens.

• Aged between 18 and 29 years .

• Completed Grade 12 or N3 .

• Successfully completed S4 Mechanical Engineering with a minimum overall average of 65% .

• Seeking to complete P2 practical training .

• Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy with a minimum average of 65% .

• No more than 2–3 years' work experience .

• Basic computer literacy.

• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.

• Able to commute daily to the training site.
