We are looking for proven Outbound Sales Agents to join our Funeral Cover team. This is a target-driven role where clear communication, strong sales ability and consistent performance matter..

What You'll Do

• Sell Funeral Cover to South African customers.

• Understand customer needs and clearly communicate product value.

• Handle objections professionally and confidently.

• Work consistently towards daily and monthly sales targets.

• Follow all required sales and compliance standards.

• Apply coaching and continuously improve your performance.

Requirements

• Matric essential.

• Minimum 6 months proven outbound telesales experience.

• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.

• Clear, confident spoken English and the ability to hold a professional sales conversation.

• Strong objection-handling and closing ability.

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and working in a target-driven environment.

• Funeral Cover, Life Cover, Accidental Death Cover or similar insurance sales experience is highly advantageous.

• Clear criminal record.

• Willingness to learn, take coaching and improve.

We take sales ability seriously. Shortlisted candidates will complete a structured outbound sales assessment covering communication, listening and comprehension, persuasion, objection handling, resilience and overall sales capability.
