As our Cold Calling Specialist, you will serve as the frontline of our revenue and business development engine. You won't just be reading from a script, you will be engaging decision makers, uncovering pain points and booking high converting discovery meetings.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience: + years of experience in high-volume outbound sales or cold calling. • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal communication skills. You speak clearly, listen more than you pitch and know how to command attention within the first 15 seconds of a call. • Resilience & Drive: You don't take rejection personally. You view "no" or initial hesitation as part of the data, recognizing that persistence through the third and fourth attempts is where success happens. • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable navigating modern sales stacks, CRMs and data enrichment platforms. • Quality Over Quantity Mindset: You understand that 15 well-researched, high-context conversations outperform 100 blind dials every single day.
