Minimum Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification NQF Level 8 in Human Resources
- Management/Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
- Minimum six years' experience in Organisational Development, three years of which should be in leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Exposure to the higher education sector will serve as an advantage.
- Exposure in all the facets of the Human Resources field will serve as an advantage.
Recommendation
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology.
