ROLE PURPOSE Lead the strategic transition of the workforce from project to operations by developing and embedding human resources development (HRD), talent, culture and organisational effectiveness strategies that build a world class, compliant and future ready mining organisation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement HRD strategies that align workforce capability with the mine's transition from construction and commissioning into steady state operations. Manage talent and succession planning, including critical role identification, talent pipelines, career pathing, and retention of scarce technical skills. Facilitate organisational culture and change management interventions to embed the Company's values, safety culture, and operating model. Establish and operationalise a world class training center, including infrastructure, curricula, training standards, accreditation, and instructor capability. Conduct skills gap analyses and training needs assessments to inform annual training plans and localisation/nationalisation targets. Ensure legal compliance with all statutory training, apprenticeship, and skills development requirements. Oversee compliance and reporting on training levies, statutory returns, workforce development plans, and HRD performance metrics. Drive business improvement initiatives, organisational design reviews, productivity enhancement, and continuous improvement of HRD systems
