- Matric Grade 12 is a minimum requirement
- Agricultural Diploma, or studies towards completion of such a qualification, will be advantageous
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, specifically within the citrus industry
- Valid driver's Licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English; Sepedi will be advantageous

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Planning and management of harvesting activities
- Management of contractors and labour
- Execution of agronomic activities, including pruning, manipulation, fertilisation, irrigation, and spraying programmes
- Monitoring control data and making timely adjustments where necessary
- Preparation and management of budgets
- Scheduling routine fleet maintenance
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with OHS requirements and relevant accreditation standards
