Must have proven experience in developing Learner Guides, Facilitator Guides, Quick Reference Guides, Job Aids, webinar content and presentation materials. Must have proven experience in facilitating classroom training, virtual training sessions, webinars and Train-the-Trainer sessions. Detail: Requirements: Matric and relevant tertiary qualification Must be proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond & Canva Must have proven experience developing Learner Guides, Facilitator Guides, Quick Reference Guides, Job Aids, and webinar content and presentation materials. Must have proven experience in facilitating classroom training, virtual training sessions, webinars, and Train-the-Trainer sessions. Ability to translate Oracle business processes into learner-friendly content. Proven experience as an Instructional Designer and Digital Learning Specialist. Strong experience designing and developing digital learning solutions. Strong storyboard development skills. Excellent content writing and visual design capabilities. Experience converting business processes and system demonstrations into engaging learning experiences. Experience working with SMEs and project teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive training materials for Oracle implementations, including: Learner Guides Facilitator Guides Quick Reference Guides Job Aids Webinar content and presentation materials Facilitate engaging learning interventions through: Instructor-led classroom training Virtual training sessions Webinars Train-the-Trainer programmes Collaborate with SMEs and project teams to understand business processes and system functionality. Translate complex Oracle processes into clear, practical and user-friendly learning content. Review, update and maintain training documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
