We are looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist to join our financial services client based in Johannesburg on a 12-month contract . Duties & Responsibilities

What you will be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Integrate Oracle Fusion applications with internal and third-party systems

• Develop, enhance, and support REST and SOAP-based integration services

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and reusable integration solutions aligned to enterprise standards

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions

• Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve integration-related incidents and production issues

• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures to improve integration stability

• Support testing, deployment, release, and production support activities

• Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, governance, and compliance standards

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support artefacts

• Participate in solution design discussions and recommend integration best practices and improvements

What we are looking for

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field

• 6+ years’ experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud applications such as HCM, ERP, Financials, or related modules

• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and SOAP web services

• Strong understanding of XML, JSON, and XSLT

• Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies and enterprise integration patterns

• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-grade integrations

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working within complex enterprise environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Advantageous

• Experience within banking or financial services environments

• Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite or related Oracle middleware technologies

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Exposure to cloud-native integration architectures

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
