Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Investigate, document and resolve system-related incidents and issues.
- Identify and recommend Oracle application enhancements based on changing business requirements.
- Configure Oracle functionality to optimise system performance, capacity and availability.
- Research and evaluate new software functionality.
- Provide functional support and guidance to business users.
- Identify training requirements and assist users with optimal system utilisation.
- Coach and mentor Trainee Functional Analysts.
- Design test cases and conduct functional testing on system changes and enhancements.
- Ensure system-related requests and incidents are managed within agreed SLA requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of Oracle HR and Payroll processes.
