Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fixed Assets (FA) processes.

• Manage and support the Oracle standard Asset Clearing functionality.

• Review and troubleshoot asset accounting transactions and integrations.

• Support month-end and period-end Fixed Assets activities.

• Investigate and resolve Oracle FA transactional and accounting issues.

• Liaise with Finance, Accounting, and IT support teams.

• Maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

• Participate in testing and validation of FA-related system changes if required.

Required Qualifications & Experience - Mandatory

• Functional expertise in Oracle Fixed Assets (FA).

• Understanding of Fixed Asset Accounting principles.

• Experience with:

• Asset Additions

• Capitalization

• Asset Transfers

• Asset Retirements

• Depreciation Processing

• Asset Adjustments

• Asset Reconciliations

• Experience supporting month-end and financial close processes.

• Ability to analyze and resolve accounting and system-related issues.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Desired Experience & Qualification

5+ Years of experience
