Opportunity for an Accountant Duties & Responsibilities

Duties

Manage month-end close, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations Process intercompany transactions and maintain general ledger accuracy Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and balance sheet schedules Prepare VAT, tax-related reconciliations, and statutory submissions Oversee debtors, creditors, and support audit requirements

Education and Experience

BCom Accounting or Finance 3+ years’ accounting experience in a commercial environment SAICA or SAIPA articles completed CIMA would be an advantage Experience on Pastel Accounting and/or Xero
