OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities : Operation and Process Control Operate and monitor Entry Section equipment to achieve production targets and maintain smooth material flow. Verify material identification, specifications and production schedules before processing. Ensure proper strip preparation, threading and feeding into the pickling process. Maintain accurate production, welding, inspection and traceability records. Support planned and breakdown maintenance activities and perform Autonomous Maintenance tasks. Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce downtime Quality Management Ensure coils are processed in accordance with quality standards and production requirements. Conduct routine inspections and escalate material or process non-conformities. Maintain product traceability through accurate operational documentation. Participate in RCA, CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives Safety, Health, Environment & Housekeeping Comply with all HSEQ requirements, SOPs, Permit-to-Work and LOTOTO requirements. Identify, report and address unsafe conditions, hazards and near misses. Ensure proper use of PPE and safe material handling practices. Participate in safety inspections, emergency drills and safety improvement initiatives. Maintain housekeeping standards through implementation of 6S. Continuous Improvement Participate in TPM, Kaizen and Operational Excellence initiatives. Support productivity, quality and equipment reliability improvements. Contribute ideas that improve safety, efficiency and operational performance
